How long until my item(s) are shipped?

Most orders will ship within 1-2 business days after you've received your order confirmation. Our products are shipped via the USPS and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and will typically arrive within 5-7 business days.

 

What is your Return/Exchange Policy?

Bine & Bas strives to offer our customers the highest quality garments and we stand behind the craftsmanship of our products 100%. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase we will gladly accept returns or exchanges of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items within 30 days of purchase.

For returns, the full amount paid will be credited to the original tender minus any shipping charges. Sale items cannot be returned for any reason. This does not include items purchased using a discount code when the item is at full price.

We will accommodate exchanges on all items within 30 days of purchase pending availability.

All returned and exchanged items must be accompanied by the original invoice.

 

Do you offer any other sizes?

Bine & Bas offers Big & Tall sizing as well as customized measurements for all of our shirting styles. To process your custom shirt order please email us at info@bineandbas.com.

 

What's the best way to launder my shirts?

We recommend professionally laundering your Bine & Bas shirt. However, if you prefer to machine wash your Bine & Bas shirt use cold water with a non-bleach detergent and hang dry. While damp, iron your shirt without using starch to achieve a crisp look.
